Each Bybeads bag and accessory is meticulously hand-woven. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in bead alignment, color, or dimensions may occur. Custom order specifications must be finalized prior to production; once crafting has begun, bespoke designs cannot be altered.
All prices are listed on our site and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing errors or stock inaccuracies occur. Payments must be settled in full at checkout or as agreed upon for bespoke inquiries.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Bybeads is not responsible for customs delays, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. Risk of loss passes to you once the shipment is handed over to the courier.
Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom/bespoke bags are final sale and non-refundable. Contact our support team immediately if your package arrives damaged.
